The partnership with Mosyle plays an important part of Knotion’s platform as it allows teachers to manage Apple devices in the classroom and guide students through the best technology usage for educational purposes.

For this episode on the road we’re going international, to the city of Morelia in Mexico. This historic town is also home to a rapidly growing innovative education platform that’s transforming learning with their purposeful integration of technology combined with the skills needed for students to be the problems solvers of tomorrow.
Noel Trainor, CEO - Here in Knotion, we created an educational ecosystem that takes care of the needs of private and public schools. We have in our hands a very disruptive product. We are really changing the way we teach and the way we learn. Our product is on a 1:1 basis, every single student has an ipad and every single teacher has an iPad.
Mimy Valencia - Chief Inspiration Officer - The definition of our ecosystem is an integrated learning ecosystem that fuses awareness with science in order to live as a better humanity. That aware needs needs to start at a very young age to truly change patterns, to truly change behavior.
Mimy Valencia - Chief Inspiration Officer - Our transdisciplinary curriculum has eight units, each of them is a challenge and through our impact learning model, which is a fusion between challenge based learning and design thinking. We allow the students to go through a process in which every four weeks they get the opportunity to solve a real life challenge that is given to them.
We are extremely happy because now the schools are starting to share with us their results and the actions that they have created and they are just mind blowing because they are starting to think outside of the box and they are trying to find solutions where they don’t exist and that’s the kind of humans that the world needs right now.
Hernan Ramirez, Chief Technology Officer - Mosyle plays a part in our success because the way it has been integrated in our system allows teachers to use it - super fast, super easy. The way they configure their own classes is already done for them in Mosyle because of the integration we have done.
For them it’s super simple to use and super powerful because within our own Knotion app all the tools are already their for them, it’s just a question for them to press the MDM function and they are done.
Noel Trainor, CEO - In our solution we embedded some of the best companies in the world. We embedded Apple, Discovery Education, BBC, CNN, Dreambox, Light Cell, and many others. Obviously, one of the most important ones is Mosyle.
Mosyle has given us a lot of strength, it’s a wonderful tool to manage our iPads. Right now, we have more than 15,000 students using 1:1 iPads with over 2,000 teachers (or coaches as we call them) that are accessing our content and platform through the device and Mosyle is the company that is making it happen.
There is so much we can learn from the schools on the road and not everything can fit in our episodes. Between the Scenes will give you a chance to hear more from our featured schools and offers additional insights into how Mosyle supports their education technology initiatives.
